- Please note: Orders cannot be changed or modified after checkout.
- To generate a return, please email us at Lela.HydeCandleCo@gmail.com to request and provide reason your return.
- Once you have notified us of your return and have received approval, take the package to a local post office and pay for the postage. Lela&Hyde Candle Co. is not responsible for the shipping fee of a return package, and does not provide return labels.
- We accept returns for store credit when postmarked within 5 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- For orders that are free shipping, a shipping and handling fee of $9 will be deducted from your refund.
- Any orders purchased with store credit is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Refund or store credit will be issued in 7 days once delivered to us.

- We accept returns on eligible items for store credit within 5 calendar days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by USPS racking information.
- Store credit will be issued within 7 days from the date we receive your return.
- We do not provide a returns label or pay for returns shipping.
- All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable
- The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
